Again, this is where I’d just come back from this time last year. We’re in the lovely McLeod Ganj. That’s where the Dalai Lama runs Tibet in exile. It’s a lovely spot in the foothills of the Himalayas.

The light is hazy, and it’s a little chilly. But we can hear lots of birdsong. And the mountains look gorgeous in the late afternoon light. It’s the time of day cinematographers call ‘the magic hour’.

Come and stand with me and soak in the atmosphere. As we look about before sitting down and getting our food ordered… they do lovely fresh soup here.

Truly we should run a retreat up here soon. Wouldn’t that be lovely?
