You’ll remember I was away on a jolly this week. At a vineyard no less.

All very grapey and lovely it was too. I was the guest of the lovely Four Seasons Winery, near Pune in Northern India. I shall share more about how us high rolling bloggers coped without such basics as internet (really they’d not thought that through at all).

But after the twitching and the clutching at mobile devices had calmed… it was really very lovely. Here’s a minute from the early morning in amongst the chenin blanc grapes.

Stand next to me and hear the birds doing their thing, and the distant sound of a dog barking (there’s always a dog somewhere in India – though in this case it was a pair of perfectly lovely Dobermen).

This is part of the 1 minute holiday series – a new one every Friday.

Take another very vaguely drink related 1 minute holiday here:

1 minute holiday : Mcleod Ganj and the foothills of the Himalayas
a1 minute holiday : Cocktails at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York
1 minute holiday : Bearing up in Northern Kerala

Or check the even newer and shinier 1 minute holiday page for the whole series. Oooh!

Do let me know what you think of this new one and all the others as they unfold in the comments below.
