Generally, we don’t get a very serious monsoon in Bangalore – but all the same it’s a noisy old business when it does turn up. I love it, but it ain’t quiet.

So come and spend a rainy moment with me at Rethink Central – stand in my front room and marvel at the sound of all that rain, get a horribly good view of the excrescence and generally have a little sticky beak round my home. Go on, you know you want to!

Now, I’ve had some very concerned emails asking me if I’m anywhere near the awful floods in the north that are being shown on the news at the moment. Fortunately, I’m a long way from there, so I’m safe: but thanks so much for your concern. What lovely people you are!

Next week, there’ll be another 1 minute holiday – I’m yet to decide if it’ll be a monsoony one, or a lovely sunny somewhere else one. Exciting eh? You’ll just have to arrive on Friday and see what’s here.

I can tell you’re excited.
